Operations Manager

The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure within the AdaniConneX Data Center. The role focuses on maintaining high availability, reliability, and efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Location: Sector 62 Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field 6 - 10 years of experience in Data Center / Critical Infrastructure Operations Strong expertise in electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end operations of electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, and power distribution units (PDUs) Oversee mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, and HVAC to ensure optimal performance and efficiency Ensure uptime and proper functioning of DG sets, fuel systems, and firefighting systems Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety norms, and SLA commitments Maintain documentation, audits, and compliance reporting Shift Management: Lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring smooth handovers and operational continuity Monitor control room activities and respond to incidents proactively Incident & Performance Management: Handle incident reporting, RCA, and resolution within defined timelines Drive initiatives to improve uptime and reduce downtime Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendors for maintenance, contracts, and service delivery Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Billing & Cost Management: Oversee site billing and cost tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Support budgeting and capacity planning activities Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancement initiatives Technical Competencies: Operations & Infrastructure Management Incident & Crisis Management Capacity Planning Compliance & Policy Management Data Analysis & Reporting Budget Management Vendor & Client Management Prospects with relevant Data Center experience Can connect at or mail at
