Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions accordingly.

- Design and implement data migration strategies and integrate D365 with existing systems.

- Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 applications and workflows.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

- Stay updated on the latest D365 features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in Finance and Operations

- Proficiency in X++ programming, C#, and .NET framework.

- Experience with data integration tools and Azure services.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Tools Required:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations)

- Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.

- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

- Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
