Social Media Manager

Thai Cosmetic Surgery's audience is made up of people considering a procedure in Thailand and looking for reassurance about the process. The Social Media Manager runs Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook with procedure explainers, destination guides, how-booking-works content and answered questions, written in English.

Because patients' faces and bodies are involved, the rules are strict: no medical claims beyond what is approved, before-and-after content only with documented consent, and full respect for patient privacy. You reply to comments and messages and send booking requests to the consultants the same day.

Salary: PKR 60,000-70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish procedure explainers, destination guides and booking walkthroughs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Answer common patient questions in public replies and short videos
• Apply strict rules on medical claims, before-and-after consent and privacy
• Pass booking requests from comments and messages to consultants the same day
• Report monthly on reach and the booking requests that began on social

Requirements

• Excellent English and an eye for clean, trustworthy visual presentation
• Experience with short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
• Understanding of consent and privacy in healthcare imagery
• Reliability in replying to messages promptly
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM-10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Aesthetic, wellness or travel social media experience
• Video editing in CapCut, Premiere or similar
• Experience tracking social-to-enquiry conversion
