Job Role
The Front Office Manager will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Clinic. This role is responsible for managing and executing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting the clinic’s administrative and customer service functions. The Front Office Manager will be well-groomed, personable, and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanour in a high-end clinical environment.
