Manufacturing Financial Controller (Onsite)

Top Prospect Group is seeking a Factory Controller for our Winsted, CT facility. This onsite role reports to the Finance leader and drives financial planning, cost accounting, and KPI reporting to maximize factory performance.

You will lead budgeting, monitor actuals vs forecasts, and coordinate data across functions on the factory floor. Strong accounting background in manufacturing and ERP experience are required.
