Senior Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – OOH Marquis Advertising & Marketing is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team! If you have a passion for sales, client acquisition and the advertising industry , and enjoy building strong business relationships, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Develop relationships with brands, corporates and advertising agencies. Pitch and sell our diverse OOH advertising solutions , including hoardings, billboards, gantries, DOOH/LED screens and other outdoor media. Prepare proposals, presentations and customised media plans based on client requirements. Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and client servicing. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in OOH/Outdoor Advertising, Media, Advertising or Corporate Sales . Strong understanding of the OOH advertising ecosystem will be an added advantage. Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business closures. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. An existing network within brands, corporates or agencies would be an advantage.
