Location: Bangalore Industry: Aerospace & Defence – Cable Harness Manufacturing & Electrical Box Assembly Experience: 12–15 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical) | MBA Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead end-to-end production operations for our Aerospace & Defence manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production planning, project execution, quality management, and cross-functional team leadership within the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities Lead overall production planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality engineering products. Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) . Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and
