• On-site Monday, Tuesday, and Friday -- 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm
• Approximately 55 on-treat patients per day
• Approximately 25 - 27 new consults and ~75 follow-ups per week
• Leave of absence coverage
• EMR: Epic
• SRS and SBRT procedures required
• Inpatient consults required -- no after-hours emergencies
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $225.00 to $300.00 hourly
