CarePartners seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab nursing care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, coordinating closely with physicians, therapists, and families. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, rehab-focused patient education, monitoring progress, and documenting in the EMR.
