Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective parents and students about BBFS Residential Academy programs and provide personalized student counselling and education guidance.
• Manage the complete admissions process from lead enquiry to enrolment.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective families through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings and improve lead conversion
• Build strong relationships with parents and guide them through the admission and decision-making process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience for new admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track admissions progress.
• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Represent BBFS at trials, webinars, and admission drives as required.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer success, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Passion for education, grassroots development, or sports is preferred.

Good to have

• Experience in schools, universities, edtech, boarding schools, or residential education.
• Experience counselling parents and students on education or career-related decisions.
