We are hiring for compensation & benefit for liaison office in Gurgaon.

About the Role

Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while partnering with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, delivering analytics, and supporting compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver payroll, workforce, and people analytics that support business decision-making and workforce planning.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems and contribute to process enhancements.
• Participate in regional Compensation & Benefits projects, governance activities, and policy reviews.

Qualifications

• 8 - 10 years of Compensation & Benefits and/or payroll experience
• Bachelor’s/Master degree in HR, Business, payroll or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience managing India payroll operations.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and statutory compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.

Pay range and compensation package

Budget - 16 LPA
