Responsibilities:Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, from case strategy through resolution.Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.Prepare discovery, manage discovery processes, and address discovery disputes.Take and defend depositions.Appear before New Jersey state and federal courts and in arbitrations.Manage day-to-day case activities and maintain strong client relationships.Conduct legal research and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Must-Have Skills:5–7 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation.Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.Experience in New Jersey state courts.Demonstrated deposition and courtroom experience.Strong skills in pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and discovery dispute resolution.Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage cases and clients independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience appearing in both state and federal courts in New Jersey.Experience handling arbitrations.Strong academic credentials. xzbcwsv Interest in professional development, mentorship, and business development.
