3PL Outside Sales

Job Summary: Flow-X is seeking dynamic and self-driven Outside Sales Professionals to join our growing team across key US logistics hubs. As an Outside Sales representative, you will be the face of Flow-X, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the end-to-end logistics sector. Website: https://www.flowxlogi.com/ Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Flow-X’s market share in the local region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Present comprehensive end-to-end logistics solutions (Air, Ocean, Warehousing, and SaaS-driven logistics). Collaborate with the operations and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding or e-commerce sales (B2B experience preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the local logistics market and resource network. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. English is required and Chinese/Spanish is required.
