CenterWell Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. You will assess speech, language, cognition, and swallowing; develop personalized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based interventions; and educate patients and caregivers to support independence at home.
