Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are looking for experienced Blue Yonder TMS Consultants with strong expertise in transportation management, data quality, planning and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily issue escalations from Key Users and ensure timely resolution

• Deliver training and prepare documentation for end users and carriers

• Ensure data accuracy, quality standards, carrier and master data management

• Collaborate with SAP teams and technical teams for issue resolution

• Assess planning effectiveness and resolve discrepancies

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Support global stakeholders in a 12 PM – 9 PM shift
