About the Role:The Overnight Field Supervisor oversees overnight operations across multiple stores, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, productivity, and safety practices. This role focuses on training and developing Night Crew Chiefs and Second Leads, evaluating store performance, and reinforcing best practices through hands-on coaching and support. By fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, the Field Supervisor helps teams operate efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do:Train and develop Night Crew Chiefs, Second Leads, and other key night crew associates.Visit stores to evaluate performance, reinforce company standards, and provide on-the-spot coaching.Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.Provide constructive feedback and implement training or performance improvement plans as needed.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of key night crew associates.Partner with store leadership and corporate management to address operational needs.Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.Identify and escalate operational issues and supply needs.Travel between store locations to support overnight teams.
What We’re Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.3+ years of experience in retail or warehouse night operations.1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably across multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop teams and manage performance in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.Flexibility to work overnight shifts, typically 9 PM–6 AM, including weekends and holidays.Ability to travel between store locations and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 60 pounds.

Salary Range: $81,000 - $90,349
