Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development through execution, in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, preparing mood boards and material palettes, and presenting solutions that align with project budgets and timelines. The role involves overseeing space planning, coordinating construction drawings, guiding FF&E selections, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and junior designers, reviewing work, resolving site issues, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. This position also includes mentoring team members, maintaining documentation, and supporting the integration of Aristo solutions into residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic layouts.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and oversee execution on site.
• Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and custom joinery solutions.
• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in residential or mixed-use interior projects.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and presentation software.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and site coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
