Lascade is looking for a creative and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help grow our brands through creators, communities, and authentic partnerships.

You'll work with content creators, You Tubers, Instagram creators, Tik Tok influencers, bloggers, and niche communities across global markets. We're looking for someone who understands how to build long-term creator relationships that drive real business results—not just views or likes.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build relationships with relevant creators across You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, and other platforms.

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns for multiple Lascade products.

• Source micro, mid-tier, and large creators based on product goals and target audiences.

• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

• Manage the complete influencer campaign lifecycle—from outreach to reporting.

• Develop affiliate and ambassador programs to build long-term creator relationships.

• Work with the Creative team to prepare campaign briefs and content ideas.

• Track campaign performance using measurable business metrics such as conversions, customer acquisition, and engagement quality.

• Stay updated on creator trends, emerging platforms, and new partnership opportunities.

• Build and maintain a strong database of creators across different industries and regions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Community Growth, or Digital Marketing.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience working with creators across multiple social media platforms.

• Ability to identify creators who genuinely align with a brand and audience.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international creators.

• Experience managing affiliate or ambassador programs.

• Basic understanding of Performance Marketing and SEO.

• Experience using influencer discovery or campaign management tools.

• Existing relationships with creators or agencies.
