TAFCO is India’s first Integrated Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Solutions company focused on assessing, managing, and improving indoor air quality across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. TAFCO is positioned beyond selling individual products and provides end-to-end IAQ solutions, combining monitoring, data analysis, solution deployment, and ongoing performance management to deliver healthier indoor environments in residential, commercial, and industrial setups. Recently, we have received funding under the SISFS (GoI) scheme and are a DPIIT-recognized & incubated startup at GUSEC, Ahmedabad. 

Job Responsibilities

• Internal Processes – Help streamline processes, create SoPs and improve operational efficiency
• Supply chain & procurement — sourcing, vendor relationships, cost negotiation
• Manufacturing & production — partner management, capacity planning, timelines
• Quality control — standards, testing, consistency across every unit
• Logistics & fulfillment — inventory, warehousing, distribution across India
• Installation & service ops — field teams, customer deployment, after-sales
• Finance & admin — unit economics, budgets, compliance, day-to-day operations
• Hiring & team building — help source candidates and scout for the right talent 

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or general management (startup experience is a big plus)
• Background in hardware, manufacturing, cleantech, or consumer durables and experience scaling operations in an early-stage company
• A generalist who thinks fast and executes with precision while being comfortable with ambiguity; we don't hand you a playbook, you write it
• This is not a remote position and the selected candidate needs to work from our Ahmedabad office and is willing to travel across India
• Genuinely driven to solve air pollution, not just take a job
