We support clients through detailed financial analysis, proposal preparation, bank coordination, and seamless execution across banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

Role Summary

As a Corporate Finance – Manager, you will play a key role in executing debt syndication and project finance assignments. The role involves developing financial models, preparing loan proposals and project reports, maintaining MIS, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions to ensure timely sanctions and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

a)  Debt Syndication

·     Develop, update, and maintain financial models for term loans, working capital limits and structured funding proposals.

·     Prepare loan proposal notes, CMA data, cash flow statements and project reports .

·     Analyze project assumptions, funding structure, DSCR, IRR, break-even and risk parameters.

·     Coordinate documentation flow with clients, banks, auditors and other stakeholders.

b)  Financial Analysis & MIS

·     Compile and analyze monthly MIS, budget vs. actual performance and key financial ratios.

·     Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data used in client submissions.

·     Conduct industry and market research to validate assumptions and financial projections.

Qualifications

·     CA- Inter/ ICMA/ MBA Finance or a related field.

·     1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, or corporate finance.

·     Prior exposure to loan proposals, MIS reporting, or consulting is a plus.
