As we continue supporting a growing customer base, we're seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function and help drive operational excellence.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity where you'll work directly with ownership, production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
What You'll DoOwn and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemLead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues using 8D methodologies and CAR processesManage PPAP submissions and customer quality requirementsReview technical drawings, specifications, metrology data, and inspection resultsPartner closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality and efficiencyTrain team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practicesSupport supplier quality and customer-facing quality initiatives
What We're Looking ForExperience in a Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Head of Quality, Quality Supervisor, or related manufacturing quality leadership roleStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 systems and auditsExperience with PPAP Level 3/4 submissionsFamiliarity with 8D problem solving and Corrective Action Reports (CARs)Knowledge of metrology, inspection processes, and reading technical drawingsManufacturing experience in tooling, machining, metal fabrication, engineered products, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or related environmentsLeadership mindset with the ability to influence teams and drive accountability
