Role Description The Junior Architect role at Pinacche Artificer is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and contributing to detailed design documentation for residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Day-to-day tasks include supporting senior architects with design development, coordinating with consultants, participating in client meetings, and ensuring design intent is reflected in technical drawings and specifications. The role involves integrating design solutions with suitable materials, building systems, and applicable codes, while maintaining project timelines and quality standards. The Junior Architect will also help with basic project coordination, documentation updates, and the use of relevant design and modeling software.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of design drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as familiarity with design software, BIM tools, or related digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills, including task tracking, coordination with team members, and adherence to deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visual presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, building codes, and technical documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team on-site.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable design, contemporary architectural practices, and ongoing professional development is an advantage.
