NAV lending went from a niche product to the fastest-growing corner of fund finance in about three years, and the lender side associates who can paper a NAV facility from scratch are now scarcer than the deals.

A Global 100 firm with a market-leading fund finance practice is hiring associates (2–6 years) in New York. Cravath scale — $235K–$390K depending on class year.
You'd represent banks, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles on the lender side of highly structured, bespoke financings across asset classes — drafting the documents, not just running the checklist — in a group that's growing fast enough that mid-levels get real deal responsibility early.
The work includes:
Subscription line and NAV facilities for private equity, credit, and secondaries fundsAsset-backed and secured lending across a range of fund and portfolio structuresHybrid and bespoke facilities, including GP and management company financingsDerivatives and structured transactions layered onto fund financings
What you bring:
2–6 years of fund finance, secured lending, structured finance, or derivatives experienceReps drafting credit agreements, security documents, and related deal documents on complex financingsReal appetite for structured, non-template workNew York bar admission or eligibility xzbcwsv
