Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and meetings • Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions • Coordinate with the Tech Team for issue diagnosis and closure • Train users on platform usage and support adoption • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction Required Skills: • Excel
