Chief, Primary Care - Outpatient Medical Leader

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Chief of Primary Care to lead and oversee all Primary Care Outpatient providers, ensuring quality, safety, timeliness, and appropriate care. This role directs the medical staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, and maintains responsibility for patient panels.

The Chief will establish policies and guidelines for outpatient clinical care, train direct reports, participate in staff selection, monitor performance,
