We are opening a new location in Nampa, Idaho in February 2027 and are currently recruiting compassionate mental health therapists to join our growing clinical team.Ascension Counseling Services is an established counseling practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are looking for clinicians who value collaboration, professionalism, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work with clients.
We are beginning the hiring process early to allow adequate time for insurance credentialing, onboarding, and a smooth transition before the new location opens.

ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, family, or other appropriate counseling services based on training and scope of practiceComplete timely and clinically appropriate documentationDevelop individualized treatment plansMaintain professional and ethical standardsCoordinate care with other providers when appropriateParticipate in required clinical meetingsMaintain client confidentiality and HIPAA complianceMaintain an appropriate outpatient caseload
QualificationsMaster's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldLicensed for professional licensure in IdahoStrong clinical documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently while also being part of a collaborative teamCommitment to providing compassionate, client-centered careLPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT and other appropriately credentialed behavioral health professionals are encouraged to apply.
Candidates working toward independent licensure may also be considered depending on supervision needs and availability.
