About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven and field-oriented Senior Manager – Sales responsible for generating leads, meeting clients and closing deals independently .

Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or B2B Sales with strong field-sales and target-achievement experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, references and networking.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure .
• Meet clients, understand requirements and present solar solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs and decision-makers.
• Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Engineering and Projects teams for smooth closure.
• Regularly update CRM and sales reports.

Candidate Profile

• 6–12 years of sales experience.
• Strong field sales and deal-closing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Aggressive, self-motivated and target-oriented with high ownership.
