Private Equity Associate

I’m working with a leading private equity investment firm that is looking to hire an Associate to join their team in Chicago , with the role providing broad exposure across the firm’s investment activities and portfolio companies. Job Brief: Evaluate and underwrite potential investment opportunities across a range of industries and transaction types Build and review detailed financial models, including LBO analysis, valuation and returns analysis Conduct company, industry and market research to assess new investment opportunities Assist with due diligence, investment committee materials and transaction execution Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process Support portfolio company monitoring and ongoing performance analysis Assist with add-on acquisitions, strategic initiatives and other value-creation opportunities
