The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling, and attention to detail. </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b> </p><ul><li>Create high-quality motion graphics and video content for digital platforms. </li><li>Design engaging visuals for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns. </li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements. </li><li>Edit and enhance videos with transitions, effects, and sound synchronization. </li><li>Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and best practices. </li><li>Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. </li> </ul><p><b>Required Skills </b> </p><ul><li>Proficiency in <b>Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop </b> (or similar tools). </li><li>Strong understanding of typography, and visual composition. </li><li>Knowledge of video editing and colour correction. </li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. </li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Portfolio showcasing previous motion design work (mandatory). </li> </ul><p><b>Education </b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Design/Animation/Media (preferred) </li><li> OR </li><li>Equivalent professional training/experience with a strong portfolio. </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
