Role Overview:

The Execution Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of retail store projects, including new store openings and renovations, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining Technosport brand, design, and quality standards

ms. Oversee execution of store interiors, fixtures, branding, signage, IT, electrical & HVAC wor

ks. Conduct regular site visits and on-ground supervisi

on. Prepare and share project progress reports and MIS with manageme

nt. Proactively resolve execution challenges to ensure smooth project delive

ry.
Qualifications & Experie

nce:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Manage

ment.5–10 years of experience in retail store execution, store rollouts, or fit-out proj

ects. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, athleisure, or activewear retail prefe

rred.
