The company has already deployed hundreds of millions of dollars in capital and is now expanding its technology platform across underwriting, financial operations, and AI.You'll join a small, highly technical team and work directly with the founders to shape what gets built, taking products from an initial idea through production.
Your RoleBuild AI agents and automated workflows across underwriting, funding, and repaymentDevelop financial products using bank, accounting, and retailer dataOwn projects end-to-end, building and scaling systems from idea through launchHelp set the technical directions as the platform grows
We're Looking ForStrong track record of shipping and running production software across the stackDepth in at least one of: AI agents, data infrastructure, or distributed systemsHigh ownership, strong technical judgment, and comfort working in an early-stage environment
