Job Description Manage daily on-site operations to ensure timely project completion. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for seamless workflow. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications accurately. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure the project meets client expectations. Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with managing ground-up healthcare construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams effectively. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
