As we scale deployments across complex projects and enterprise customers, we are looking for a Product Implementation Lead who can operate at the intersection of customer requirements, implementation delivery, and product evolution.

Role Overview

The Product Implementation Lead acts as a critical bridge between Product, Implementation, and Customer Success. This role is responsible for translating real-world customer needs into scalable implementation approaches and actionable product inputs—ensuring consistent customer outcomes.

You will work closely with Implementation Specialists, Product & Engineering teams, Customer Success Managers, and customer project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between Product, Implementation, and Customer teams.
• Own and guide implementation approaches for complex projects.
• Enable implementation teams through best practices and playbooks.
• Engage with customers as a domain expert.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery and product usability.

Required Experience

• 8+ years experience in construction technology, BIM/VDC, or enterprise software implementation.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows.
• Experience working directly with customers on complex projects.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable solutions.
