BD is seeking a Senior Quality Manager, Learning & Capability, to develop and improve training, capability, and performance support solutions that strengthen quality performance, compliance, and culture across the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Quality Training and Capability Development, you will partner with Process Owners and SMEs to design fit-for-purpose learning strategies, drive adoption, and measure program effectiveness using analytics.
