Junior Client Servicing Executive

Location: Sector 63, Noida | On-site

Experience: 0 – 1 Year

Agency Experience: Preferred

Salary: ₹ 15,000 - ₹20,000/month

We’re looking for a Junior Client Servicing Executive to support day-to-day client communication and project coordination at our creative agency.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with clients on WhatsApp, email and calls
2. Understand requirements and collect content/assets
3. Coordinate with designers and other team members
4. Follow up on tasks, deadlines and revisions
5. Share client feedback with the team
6. Keep clients updated on project progress
7. Maintain project trackers

Requirements

1. 0–1 year experience
2. Agency experience preferred
3. Good communication and follow-up skills
4. Basic understanding of branding, social media and digital marketing
5. Comfortable with Google Sheets/Docs/Canva
6. Organised, responsible and willing to learn
