Location: Greater Noida/ Gurgaon
Experience: 3–6 years in Real Estate New Launch Sales (Greater Noida/Gurgaon market preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives Drive sales targets and revenue growth Handle client interactions and property closures Monitor team performance and provide regular training Ensure proper follow-ups and lead conversions Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partnersRequirements
Proven experience in real estate sales Strong leadership and team handling skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Target-driven with a go-getter attitudeWhat We Offer
