Studio52 is the content infrastructure for technology companies — video production across podcasts, ads, and internal content, taken from raw footage to finished, on-brand output. We own creative direction end-to-end, so founders and marketing teams stay focused on building, not editing. Remote-first and built for scale, Studio52 works with startups and enterprise technology companies across the US, EU, and Middle East.
Podcasting is now a $40 B+ industry, but most of it is noise. We work on the part that isn't — quantum computing, decentralized AI, blockchain infrastructure — real conversations between founders, scientists, Ivy League researchers, and engineers building what comes next.
We're hiring for our in-house team. This is a founding-team role: the people we bring on now shape our standards, culture, and creative bar — and become our senior layer as we grow (Editor → Senior Editor → Head of Production / Producer).
The role is built around trailer and hook editing. If you can take a 60-minute conversation and cut a trailer that hooks a viewer in the first 3 seconds, that's the instinct we're hiring for. That same instinct makes someone excellent at full episode edits too — so this is a full-spectrum role, with trailers as your headline skill.
What you'll do:
Cut high-retention trailers and hooks from raw footage — the hook, the arc, music, sound design, transitions Full episode edits from multi-cam footage — syncing angles, pacing, audio cleanup, captions, graphics, export to spec Short-form clips for social, optimized for retention Rotate across multiple client showsYou'll need:
