Acting as a senior-level expert, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Underwriter will manage underwriting tasks, support leadership, and provide training while working remotely to ensure quality deliverables and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead daily underwriting efforts, ensuring quality and timely decision-making Support interdepartmental collaboration by educating teams on underwriting processes and managing operational tasks Design and implement training programs for new and existing team members, providing ongoing mentorship Required qualifications High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of property and casualty commercial underwriting experience preferred Advanced knowledge of underwriting, pricing, and risk selection Intermediate to advanced knowledge of workers' compensation class codes CPCU, ARM, or Agent's P&C License preferred
