Lead Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans in coordination with external/internal auditors. Present audit plans, findings, and status updates to senior management and the Audit Committee. Coordinate with external audit firms, ensuring timely planning, data availability, and quality of audit assignments. Liaise with functional heads (Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, etc.) to facilitate audits and drive closure of audit observations. Maintain a centralized audit tracker, monitor corrective actions, and escalate critical overdue issues. Support enterprise risk management by identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational, financial, and compliance risks. Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, recommend process improvements,
