Salary: $176,800 - 187,200 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of DevOps experience, with emphasis on microservices deployment and ongoing support
• Extensive hands-on AWS experience
• Experience working with Linux, Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Experience configuring and supporting Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Postgres, Cassandra, bash, Groovy, Python, nginx, Tomcat, AWS CodeArtifact, LDAP, and Kafka
• Strong technical, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities
• Understanding of portal software design and development
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred
• AWS DevOps Engineer Professional certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently or with supervision on projects of varying complexity
• U.S. citizenship required by law due to federal customer contracts
• Ability to commute to Ashburn, VA, and work onsite

• Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Services Delivery Platform and QTS Operating System applications
• Manage AWS ECS and EKS environments
• Build infrastructure and deployment pipelines for new services such as Spring Boot, Python, and Angular applications
• Deploy services across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
• Develop and release Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Install and configure solutions
• Troubleshoot failures in Development, UAT, and Production environments
• Monitor platform health and performance metrics using AWS CloudWatch and New Relic
• Document the approach and solution used
• Participate in solution discussions to support developer applications and needs
• Take part in the release management process
• Deploy code and resolve issues as they arise
