Program Manager - Schools

The Program Manager – Schools owns the end-to-end delivery of CDSW's school program across an assigned portfolio of partner schools.

From the moment a school comes on board, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring implementation is successful. This includes preparing schools for launch, training and certifying teachers, monitoring classroom delivery, coordinating parent needs assessments, managing student assessments, and reporting outcomes.

CDSW works across three verticals: Schools, Colleges, and Corporates. Within schools, we deliver a structured, research-backed curriculum over a full academic term. The program is taught during regular timetable periods by the school's own certified teachers and supported through implementation, assessment, and continuous quality monitoring.

This is a delivery ownership role. Success is measured by implementation readiness, teacher certification, delivery quality, school adoption, and consistent execution across every partner school.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

Reports to: Director – Program Management

Works closely with : Curriculum & Content Team, Technology Team

Partners with: Sales & Business Development Team

Coordinates with: School Principals, Coordinators, and Teachers

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• School Onboarding & Readiness: Own implementation readiness from the day a school signs on until the first classroom session. Coordinate teacher nominations, implementation timelines, timetables, platform access, learning materials, and readiness reviews to ensure every school launches successfully.

• Teacher Training & Certification: Plan and conduct teacher training and certification every term. Observe classrooms, provide coaching and feedback, and certify teachers before they begin delivering the program.

• Program Delivery & Quality: Own delivery across your portfolio of schools. Monitor implementation, attendance, classroom quality, and delivery fidelity. Identify risks early, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure the program is delivered consistently across schools.

• School Adoption: Work closely with school leadership to embed the program into academic calendars and school systems, ensuring long-term adoption rather than a one-time rollout.

• Parent Engagement: Coordinate parent needs assessments and support communication with parents wherever required as part of program implementation.

• Assessments & Reporting: Manage baseline and end line assessments, maintain accurate implementation data, prepare reports for partner schools, and provide regular updates to internal leadership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

1. 4-5 years of experience in program management, project management, school operations, or implementation roles.
2. Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs with defined timelines.
3. Experience training, coaching, or mentoring educators is strongly preferred.

Must Have(s):

1.⁠ ⁠Demonstrated experience managing programs end-to-end across

multiple stakeholders

2.⁠ ⁠Strong teacher training, facilitation, coaching, and classroom

observation skills

3.⁠ ⁠Ability to build strong working relationships with school leaders,

teachers, and parents

4.⁠ ⁠Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills

5.⁠ ⁠Comfortable using delivery metrics and implementation data to

identify risks and drive corrective action

6.⁠ ⁠Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schools

simultaneously

7.⁠ ⁠Based in Hyderabad, with willingness to travel regularly to partner

schools within and outside the city
