We're Hiring | IT Specialist / IT Officer

Location: DHA Phase 2, Lahore, Pakistan

GRP Engineers & Consultants is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist / IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in IT support, computer systems, networking, printers, and CCTV camera systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for computers, laptops, and office IT equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software.

Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and printing systems.

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, email, and network-related issues.

Maintain IT equipment inventory and technical documentation.

Perform routine system maintenance, data backups, and basic network security.

Provide day-to-day technical support to office staff and ensure smooth IT operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking.

Experience with printers, scanners, and CCTV camera systems.

Knowledge of routers, switches, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, will be an advantage.

• Previous experience in IT support or networking is preferred.
