Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for activating and empaneling a strong and reliable broker network across the respective regions to drive lead generation and sales in Dubai. This role requires achievement of sales targets through channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, engage and onboard experienced brokers and channel partners in Mumbai Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brokers to maximize lead generation and sales conversion. Conduct training and product knowledge sessions for channel partners to ensure effective sale. Strategize and implement channel sales plans aligned with business objectives.
