Production Manager

Production Supervisor We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee subassemblies, assemblies, and production planning within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, optimizing resources, meeting quality standards, and maintaining on-time delivery schedules. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes. Essential Job Functions: Oversee subassembly and assembly operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing labor and material usage. Coordinate production planning efforts, balancing workload across workstations and departments. Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and ensure product specifications are met. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings. Team Leadership
