Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily banquet and F&B operations to ensure smooth service deliverySupport hiring, training, and supervision of banquet staffAssist in scheduling and coordinating teams to meet event requirementsEnsure high standards of guest service, presentation, and executionMaintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards across all event spacesSupport inventory control, equipment management, and vendor coordinationAssist with setup, service, and breakdown of events
