Homzinterio is looking for an experienced and dynamic Design Head to lead our design function, manage high-value projects, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue realization and timely collection from booked clients.

Lead and manage a team of Design Managers and Interior Designers.

Oversee high-value client projects from design stage through completion.

Drive design quality, timelines, productivity, and process adherence.

Develop and implement SOPs to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.

Manage key client relationships and resolve critical client escalations.

Ensure effective coordination between clients, designers, and project teams.

Ideal Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Interior Design / Residential Interiors.

5+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role.

Experience working with a large/structured design firm in Bengaluru or elsewhere in India.

Strong experience handling large-ticket/high-value clients and projects.

Good knowledge of design software, visualization tools, and interior design themes.

Proven team management and client escalation management skills.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
