Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Early Childhood Educator. The educator will support children's learning and development by creating engaging and age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity. They will observe, assess, and document children's progress, collaborate with colleagues and families, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. The role involves applying an understanding of early childhood development principles to foster positive relationships and learning experiences.

Qualifications Strong skills in Early Childhood Development and experience working with children Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills, including effective communication and collaboration with children, parents, and colleagues Creativity Skills to design engaging and innovative learning activities Strong Organization Skills to plan and implement lesson plans, routines, and classroom management A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a Reggio-inspired or similar early years educational setting is an advantage
