Monitor and analyse sales performance, stock levels, and financial reports to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement promotional activities and visual merchandising standards.
Contribute to business planning and development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or sales environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
Competent in analysing financial and sales data to drive decision-making.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with health and safety and HR best practices is desirable.
Relevant qualifications in business management or retail operations are an advantage.
