Facility Operations: Oversee the daily operations and immaculate maintenance of all wellness facilities, including Steam rooms, Saunas, Far-Infrared (UV) Saunas, Salt Rooms, and Locker areas. Therapist Scheduling: Manage daily therapist rosters, treatment room allocations, and therapy equipment preparation with zero delays. Treatment Room Hygiene: Ensure strict hygiene, room setup, oil/botanical supply management, and 5-star linen standards across all consultation and treatment suites. Guest Orientation: Welcome guests to the Integrated Wellness Center, orienting them regarding facility use, pre/post-therapy protocols, and safety guidelines. Must-Have Skills & Qualities Solid paramedic training in Ayurveda, Siddha, or general patient care protocols. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities to manage schedules, facilities, and team workflows efficiently. Professional guest-handling skills suited for interacting with HNWIs, NRIs, and international visitors. Fluency in English and Hindi (working knowledge of South Indian languages like Malayalam is an added advantage). Proactive problem-solving attitude with meticulous attention to detail and hygiene.
