Presentation Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and client engagementsTranslate data, ideas, and strategic messages into clear, concise, and visually engaging slidesCollaborate with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather content and understand presentation objectivesEnsure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all presentationsCreate charts, graphs, infographics, and visual elements to enhance storytellingEdit and refine content for clarity, grammar, and executive-level communication standardsManage multiple presentation requests under tight deadlines while maintaining high qualityMaintain and update slide libraries, templates, and design assetsProvide recommendations on presentation structure and messaging to improve impact
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–5 years of experience in presentation development, consulting, or executive support rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (required)Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsBackground in consulting, corporate strategy, or business operationsKnowledge of data visualization best practicesExperience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Base Compensation Range: 70,000 – 80,000
The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.
